Financial education plays an important role in the educational development of all countries in the world;a good education is a necessary prerequisite for fiscal policy to protect education-first. Japan's compulsory education for develop-ment and change of fiscal policy analysis, concluded that our country is currently being implemented and compulsory edu-cation finance reform put forward by enlightenment herein.
