[目的]了解不同教育体系下男护生职业生涯规划及决策困难程度。[方法]选择两所学校,学校1开设《职业生涯规划与指导》课程,学校2开设《就业指导》课程,并应用一般资料问卷、护生职业生涯规划问卷和大学生职业决策困难问卷对两种教学体系下147名男护生进行分层对比。[结果]两校一年级、二年级男护生职业生涯规划得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年级男护生决策困难得分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]分层级职业生涯教育体系更符合男护生特性;生涯教育目标仅达到了情感承诺,缺乏规范承诺和继续承诺,应重点加强这方面的职业生涯规划教育。

Objective:To know about the male nursing students’career planning and decision making difficult degree under the different educa-tion systems.Methods:Two schools were selected.“Career planning and quidance”curriculum was opened in school 1 ,and“career guidance”cur-riculum was opened in school 2.and the general information question-naire,nursing students career planning questionnaire and college students career decision difficulties questionnaire were used for stratified compari-son of 147 male nursing students in No.1 school under two different ca-reer planning education systems.Results:There was statistically signifi-cant difference in career planning score of male nursing students in grade one,grade two between both schools(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in decision making difficult score among all grades of male nursing students(P>0.05).Conclusion:hierarchical career edu-cation system is more in line with the characteristics of male nursing students;career education goals only reached emotional commitment,it is still lack of normative commitment and continuing commitment,so career planning education should focus on strengthening in these aspects.
