目的：评价环凯阪崎肠杆菌显色培养基（HKDFIA）和科玛嘉阪崎肠杆菌显色培养基（CMDFIA）的应用效果，为食品中检测阪崎肠杆菌选用培养基提供依据。方法按照 GB/T 4789．40-2010食品卫生微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验，进行阪崎肠杆菌分离及生化鉴定，并分析培养基的分离效果。结果36份样品中，检出阪崎肠杆菌2份，检出率为5．56％；HKDFI 平板和 CMDFI 平板阳性符合率为100％，疑似菌落检出率分别为16．67％和13．89％（P ＞0．05）。结论HKDFIA 和 CMDFIA 用于培养分离阪崎肠杆菌均具有良好的效果，HKDFIA 的性能已达到国外同类产品的水平，可以作为食品中检验阪崎肠杆的选择培养基。
목적：평개배개판기장간균현색배양기（HKDFIA）화과마가판기장간균현색배양기（CMDFIA）적응용효과，위식품중검측판기장간균선용배양기제공의거。방법안조 GB/T 4789．40-2010식품위생미생물학검험판기장간균검험，진행판기장간균분리급생화감정，병분석배양기적분리효과。결과36빈양품중，검출판기장간균2빈，검출솔위5．56％；HKDFI 평판화 CMDFI 평판양성부합솔위100％，의사균락검출솔분별위16．67％화13．89％（P ＞0．05）。결론HKDFIA 화 CMDFIA 용우배양분리판기장간균균구유량호적효과，HKDFIA 적성능이체도국외동류산품적수평，가이작위식품중검험판기장간적선택배양기。
Objective To evaluate the application value of chromogenic medium HuanKaiagar cronobacter sakazakii(HKDFIA)and chromogenic medium CHROMagar cronobacter sakazakii(CMDFIA),and provide basis to select appropriate medium for isolating cronobacter sakazakii in foods.Methods The samples were tested,isolated and identified HKDFIA and CMDFIA according to the national standard.Results Two strains of cronobacter sakaza-kii were identified from 36 samples with the detection ratio as 5.56%;The coincidence of positive symbol rate of HKDFIA and CMDFIA was 100%.The detection rate of suspected colonies were 16.67% and 13.89%,respectively (P >0.05).Conclusion Both HKDFIA and CMDFIA are effective for isolating cronobacter sakazakii in foods.HK-DFIA is almost at the same level of those imported from abroad,it can be a appropriate medium for cronobacter saka-zakii in foods.
