从社区老年人意外伤害的主要原因、跌倒的特点、管理因素方面分析了社区老年人跌倒的流行病学特点，从居家环境中致跌倒因素的研究、居家环境评估方法和工具及其评估工具的研究综述了社区老年人跌倒的宜居环境评估研究现状。

It analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of community eld-erly falls from the main reasons of accidental inj ury of elderly in the com-munity,the characteristics of falls and management factors.From the re-search on factors of home environment induced falls,home environment as-sessment methods and tools and study in its evaluation tools,it reviewed the research status quo of livable environment of the community elderly falls.
