目的：探讨挤压综合征（CS）患者血常规特点，分析血液中网织红细胞参数变化，研究 CS 患者血液中网织红细胞与外周造血功能及患者康复的相关性。方法用 ABX pentrer120全自动五分类血球分析仪对17例被垮塌物挤压所致的地震挤压综合征伤员（实验组）和17例健康献血员（健康对照组）进行血常规和网织红细胞参数检测。结果与健康对照组相比，CS 患者红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、网织红细胞低段百分数（RETL％）明显降低，网织红细胞百分数（RET％）、网织红细胞绝对值（RET＃）、网织红细胞高段百分数（RETH％）、不成熟红细胞比率（IRF）明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。而网织红细胞中段百分数（RETM％）变化不大，与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论网织红细胞参数的检测对判断患者造血功能具有重要意义，特别是运用到地震所致 CS 患者的监测治疗上，为抢救后的治疗评估，康复程度提供重要依据。
목적：탐토제압종합정（CS）환자혈상규특점，분석혈액중망직홍세포삼수변화，연구 CS 환자혈액중망직홍세포여외주조혈공능급환자강복적상관성。방법용 ABX pentrer120전자동오분류혈구분석의대17례피과탑물제압소치적지진제압종합정상원（실험조）화17례건강헌혈원（건강대조조）진행혈상규화망직홍세포삼수검측。결과여건강대조조상비，CS 환자홍세포（RBC）、혈홍단백（Hb）、망직홍세포저단백분수（RETL％）명현강저，망직홍세포백분수（RET％）、망직홍세포절대치（RET＃）、망직홍세포고단백분수（RETH％）、불성숙홍세포비솔（IRF）명현증고，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。이망직홍세포중단백분수（RETM％）변화불대，여건강대조조비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론망직홍세포삼수적검측대판단환자조혈공능구유중요의의，특별시운용도지진소치 CS 환자적감측치료상，위창구후적치료평고，강복정도제공중요의거。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood routine examination of patient with crush syn-drome(CS),analyze the correlation the reticulocyte,peripheral hematopoietic function and the rehabilitation speed of CS patient.Methods Routine blood and reticulocyte parameters detection were performed with ABX pentrer 120 au-tomatic blood corpuscle analyzer five classification in 17 samples with CS induced by earthquake injuries(experimental group)and 17 samples from blood donors(control group).Results Compared with control group,red blood cell,he-moglobin and low reticulocyte percentage were significantly lower than that in experimental group,and reticulocyte percentage,reticulocyte absolute value high reticulocyte percentage and immature red blood cells showed significantly higher in experimental group(P <0.05).Compared with control group,middle reticulocyte percentage had no differ-ence with the experimental group(P >0.05).Conclusion Reticulocyte parameters testing is important in the judg-ment of the hematopoietic function in patients,especially for the monitoring treatment of CS caused by earthquake.It provides important basis for evaluation of treatment and rehabilitation after rescue.
