目的：了解 ICU 患者伤口分泌物病原菌的分布和耐药性，为临床用药提供依据。方法收集2012年1月1日至2013年9月30日 ICU 患者199份伤口分泌物阳性标本进行细菌培养和药敏鉴定并进行统计学分析。结果ICU 患者伤口分泌物病原菌革兰阳性球菌107株（53．8％），革兰阴性杆菌92株（46．2％）。以表皮萄萄球菌（21．1％）、金黄色葡萄球菌（12．6％）、溶血葡萄球菌（10．1％）、大肠埃希菌（15．1％）、肺炎克雷伯菌（10．1％）和鲍曼不动杆菌（9．5％）为主。主要革兰阳性球菌对青霉素有较高的耐药率，未发现对利奈唑胺、替考拉宁、万古霉素耐药的菌株。主要革兰阴性杆菌对头孢菌素、哌拉西林有较高的耐药率，对亚胺培南、美洛培南有较高的敏感性。结论了解 ICU 患者伤口分泌物病原菌的分布及耐药特点，对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物有重要意义。
목적：료해 ICU 환자상구분비물병원균적분포화내약성，위림상용약제공의거。방법수집2012년1월1일지2013년9월30일 ICU 환자199빈상구분비물양성표본진행세균배양화약민감정병진행통계학분석。결과ICU 환자상구분비물병원균혁란양성구균107주（53．8％），혁란음성간균92주（46．2％）。이표피도도구균（21．1％）、금황색포도구균（12．6％）、용혈포도구균（10．1％）、대장애희균（15．1％）、폐염극뢰백균（10．1％）화포만불동간균（9．5％）위주。주요혁란양성구균대청매소유교고적내약솔，미발현대리내서알、체고랍저、만고매소내약적균주。주요혁란음성간균대두포균소、고랍서림유교고적내약솔，대아알배남、미락배남유교고적민감성。결론료해 ICU 환자상구분비물병원균적분포급내약특점，대지도림상합리사용항균약물유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacterium in wound secretion isolated from ICU patients,provide a basis for clinical medication.Methods 199 cases with wound secretion positive samples pathogens cultured from ICU patients from January 1th,2012 to September 30th,2013, then investigated the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacterium,the results were statistically ana-lyzed.Results The Gram-positive cocci was 107(53.8%),Gram-negative bacilli was 92(46.2%),mainly with Cutic-ular grape coccus(21.1%),staphylococcus aureus(12.6%),Staphylococcus haemolyticus(10.1%),escherichia coli (15.1%),klebsiella pneumonia(10.1%)and Acinetobacter baumannii(9.5%).The gram-positive cocci had highly resistant to penicillin and not found resistant strains to linezolid,teicoplanin,vancomycin.The main gram-negative ba-cilli had highly resistant to ccphalosporins,pipcracillin and sensitive to imipenem,meropenem.Conclusion To inves-tigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacterium in wound secretion isolated from ICU patients is important to clinical treatment.
