目的：了解居民乙型肝炎（乙肝）感染状况，及时防治乙肝病例。方法采用 ELISA 检测 HBsAg，抗-HBs，HBeAg，抗-HBe，抗-HBc；参照 GB15990-1995标准进行病例诊断。结果居民感染率为42．29％，男性感染率43．30％，女性感染率41．12％；两性感染率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。乙肝感染病例不同年龄组比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。307例乙肝感染者单项检测，HBsAg 阳性检出率最高，为93．16％，抗-HBs 检出率最低，仅6．84％。HBsAg、HBeAg 和抗-HBc 三项阳性组合模式检出率达23．45％。结论居民乙肝病毒感染率高，且存在大量具有传染性的乙肝病例，必须加强居民乙肝的预防与治疗意识，阻断病毒向周围扩散。

목적：료해거민을형간염（을간）감염상황，급시방치을간병례。방법채용 ELISA 검측 HBsAg，항-HBs，HBeAg，항-HBe，항-HBc；삼조 GB15990-1995표준진행병례진단。결과거민감염솔위42．29％，남성감염솔43．30％，녀성감염솔41．12％；량성감염솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。을간감염병례불동년령조비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。307례을간감염자단항검측，HBsAg 양성검출솔최고，위93．16％，항-HBs 검출솔최저，부6．84％。HBsAg、HBeAg 화항-HBc 삼항양성조합모식검출솔체23．45％。결론거민을간병독감염솔고，차존재대량구유전염성적을간병례，필수가강거민을간적예방여치료의식，조단병독향주위확산。
Objective To understand the infection situation of hepatitis B and provide methods to prevent hep-atitis B.Methods HbsAg,anti-HBs,HbeAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc were detected by ELISA,diagnosed according to GB15990-1995 standard.Results The infection rate of hepatitis B was 42.29%,The positive rate of male was 43. 30%,the positive rate of female was 41.12%;Compared the infection rate between sexes,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).Compared the age,there was also no statistically significant difference(P >0.05). Separately detected of 307 cases,HbsAg positive rate was 93.16%,anti-HBVs positive rate was 6.84%.Combined detection with HbsAg、HbeAg and anti-HBc,the positive rate was 23.45%.Conclusion There was a high infection rate in community residents,strengthen the awareness of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B could stop the virus spreading.
