目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜在胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石保胆术治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析接受手术治疗的胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者的临床资料，按手术方式不同分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗，对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率等方面进行比较。结果治疗组患者平均手术时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。治疗组患者术后平均下床活动时间、术后住院时间明显短于对照组患者（P ＜0．05）。对照组术后并发症发生率明显高于治疗组（P ＜0．05）。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜用于胆囊息肉并胆囊结石保胆术疗效显著，且并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토복강경연합담도경재담낭식육합병담낭결석보담술치료중적림상효과。방법회고성분석접수수술치료적담낭식육합병담낭결석환자적림상자료，안수술방식불동분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용복강경연합담도경치료，대조조채용전통개복수술치료，대량조환자적림상료효、수술시간、술후하상활동시간、술후주원시간、술후병발증발생솔등방면진행비교。결과치료조환자평균수술시간여대조조비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。치료조환자술후평균하상활동시간、술후주원시간명현단우대조조환자（P ＜0．05）。대조조술후병발증발생솔명현고우치료조（P ＜0．05）。결론복강경연합담도경용우담낭식육병담낭결석보담술료효현저，차병발증소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treat-ment of cholecystolithiasis and gallbladder polypsf gallbladder.Methods To analyze the clinical data of the patients who treat cholecystolithiasis and gallbladder polypsf gallbladder by operation,divided into treatment group and con-trol group with different ways operation.Treatment group adapted laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy.con-trol group adapted traditional operation.Compared the clinical effect,operation time,out-of-bed time,length of stay after operation and incidence rate of postoperative complications.Results Except the operation time,the out-of-bed time,length of stay after operation and incidence rate,the treatment group were much better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment with gallbladder polyps and gall-stonegallbladder has got satisfactory effect.it′s was worth being popularized in clinical otolaryngology.
