目的：对2011～2012年来院就诊送检的标本中分离的致病菌分布及耐药趋势进行分析，指导临床合理用药。方法常规培养分离鉴定，药敏试验应用 K-B 纸片扩散法，按美国临床和实验室标准委员会（CLSI）规定的标准进行。结果两年共分离到725株细菌，标本主要为痰液、阴道分泌物、咽拭子、胃液、尿液、脐分泌物、宫颈分泌物、前庭脓肿液、（胸、腹、脑脊液）穿刺引流液等。致病菌前3位是：金黄色葡萄球菌201株、大肠埃希菌157株、肺炎克雷伯菌106株；耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）分离11株。结论病原菌群随着时间推移菌群在不断变迁，耐药性逐年增长，继续加强监控，对指导临床合理用药很有意义。
목적：대2011～2012년래원취진송검적표본중분리적치병균분포급내약추세진행분석，지도림상합리용약。방법상규배양분리감정，약민시험응용 K-B 지편확산법，안미국림상화실험실표준위원회（CLSI）규정적표준진행。결과량년공분리도725주세균，표본주요위담액、음도분비물、인식자、위액、뇨액、제분비물、궁경분비물、전정농종액、（흉、복、뇌척액）천자인류액등。치병균전3위시：금황색포도구균201주、대장애희균157주、폐염극뢰백균106주；내갑양서림금황색포도구균（MRSA）분리11주。결론병원균군수착시간추이균군재불단변천，내약성축년증장，계속가강감공，대지도림상합리용약흔유의의。
Objective To analyze the trend of the pathogen flora distribution and drug resistance from 2011 to 2012 for guiding the clinical rational drug use.Methods According to the United States of America Committee for clinical laboratory standards(CLSI),Routine culture isolation and identification,drug sensitive test and application of K-B disk diffusion method.Results 725 strains of bacteria were isolated from sputum specimens,mainly with vaginal secretions,throat swab.The top three were 201 strains of staphylococcus aureus,157 strains of escherichia coli,106 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae;methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)was isolated 11 strains.Conclu-sion With the change of time,pathogenic bacteria was also change,drug resistance was increasing year by year, strengthen monitoring is significanceful to guide the clinicalrational drug uesed.
