目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的血清中乳酸和心肌酶含量变化与患者病情及预后的关系。方法将排除心源性疾病的50例重型颅脑损伤患者（重型组）根据治疗效果分为生存组和死亡组，50例健康人为对照组。研究对象分别在0、24、48、72、96 h 抽血，连续5次动态监测乳酸和心肌酶的变化，统计分析其临床意义。结果重型组患者血清平均乳酸和心肌酶水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；生存组和死亡组的乳酸和心肌酶水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论乳酸与心肌酶联合动态检查能更有效地监测重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效和预后。

Objective To explore the correlation between lactic acid and enzyme content in the serum of pa-tients with severe head injury and patient′s state,prognosis.Methods Fifty severe brain injury patients without car-diac disease were divided into the survival group and the death group according to herapeutic effects,fifty healthy people in the control group.All the subjectives were detected lactic acid and enzymes in serum respectively at 0,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours,96 hours,and analyze the clinic value.Results There were significant difference in the ser-um lactate and cardiac enzyme levels between the survival group and the control group(P <0.01);The difference be-tween the serum lactate,cardiac enzyme levels in the survival group and that in the death goup were statistically sig-nificant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Combined detection of lactic acid and enzymes could more effectively monitor the treatment efficacy and prognosis of patients with severe head injury.
