目的：探讨2013年南京地区儿童下呼吸道感染非发酵菌的菌种分布和耐药性，为临床合理治疗提供依据。方法收集2013年住院患儿下呼吸道分泌物分离的病原菌，采用 K-B 法，对其进行菌株鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果分离出869株非发酵革兰阴性杆菌，分离率居前3位的非发酵菌依次为：鲍曼不动杆菌占56．2％、铜绿假单胞菌占32．0％、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌占6．4％，以上菌株对常用抗菌药物均产生了严重的耐药性。结论非发酵菌为下呼吸道感染的重要致病菌，抗菌治疗应以病原学及耐药性监测结果为依据。
목적：탐토2013년남경지구인동하호흡도감염비발효균적균충분포화내약성，위림상합리치료제공의거。방법수집2013년주원환인하호흡도분비물분리적병원균，채용 K-B 법，대기진행균주감정화약물민감시험。결과분리출869주비발효혁란음성간균，분리솔거전3위적비발효균의차위：포만불동간균점56．2％、동록가단포균점32．0％、기맥아착식단포균점6．4％，이상균주대상용항균약물균산생료엄중적내약성。결론비발효균위하호흡도감염적중요치병균，항균치료응이병원학급내약성감측결과위의거。
Objective To investigate distribution of non fermenting bacteria and its resistance causing lower respiratory tract infection of children in Nanjing,so as to provide for clinical reasonable use of antibiotics.Methods The pathogens from the lower respiratory tract specimens were isolated and cultured during 2013,and the strains were identified and the antibiotic resistance tested by K-B method.Results 869 trains of non fermenting bacteria were separated.The isolating rates of the third of non fermenting bacteria were Acinetobacter baumannii(56.2%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa(32.0%)and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(6.4%).These strains were commonly used an-timicrobial agents have had a serious drug resistance.Conclusion Non ferementing bacteria were the major pathogens causing lower respiratory tract infections,the adequate antimicrobial treatment should be based on the surveillance of etiology and drug resistance.
