目的：探讨胱抑素 C（Cys-C）和β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断价值及与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的相关性分析，为临床提供参考。方法根据尿常规定性检测结果，收集90例2型糖尿病患者，其中包括：尿蛋白阴性糖尿病患者（A 组）46例，尿蛋白微量糖尿病患者（B 组）44例，同时收集健康体检人群（对照组）50例。检测 Cys-C、β2-MG、HbA1c、血清肌酐、尿素氮含量，对实验结果进行统计学分析，并作相关性分析。结果尿蛋白阴性或微量组的患者 Cys-C 与β2-MG 水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；尿蛋白微量组与尿蛋白阴性组之间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），HbA1c 与 Cys-C、β2-MG 之间存在正相关性。结论严格控制血糖并定期检测 Cys-C 和β2-MG 有利于糖尿病肾病的早期检出，早期治愈和延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。
목적：탐토광억소 C（Cys-C）화β2-미구단백（β2-MG）대당뇨병신병적조기진단개치급여당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）적상관성분석，위림상제공삼고。방법근거뇨상규정성검측결과，수집90례2형당뇨병환자，기중포괄：뇨단백음성당뇨병환자（A 조）46례，뇨단백미량당뇨병환자（B 조）44례，동시수집건강체검인군（대조조）50례。검측 Cys-C、β2-MG、HbA1c、혈청기항、뇨소담함량，대실험결과진행통계학분석，병작상관성분석。결과뇨단백음성혹미량조적환자 Cys-C 여β2-MG 수평여대조조비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；뇨단백미량조여뇨단백음성조지간차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），HbA1c 여 Cys-C、β2-MG 지간존재정상관성。결론엄격공제혈당병정기검측 Cys-C 화β2-MG 유리우당뇨병신병적조기검출，조기치유화연완당뇨병신병적진전。
Objective To investigate the value of Cys-C andβ2-MG for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and the correlation with HbA1c,to provide the reference for clinical application.Methods According to the results of qualitative detection of urine routine,90 patients with type 2 diabetes were collected randomly including 46 urinary protein negative diabetic patients(A group),44 urinary protein micro-diabetic patients(B group),meanwhile 50 nor-mal healthy people were collected as control group.Cys-C,β2-MG,HbA1c,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen content of the experimental results were detected and analyzed.Results There were significant differences on Cys-C andβ2-MG level between the patients of urinary protein negative or trace group with that of the control group,;there was a sig-nificant difference between urine protein the trace group with urine protein-negative group;there was a positive corre-lation between Cys-C and HbA1c,and a positive correlation betweenβ2-MG and HbA1c.Conclusion Strict control of blood sugar and regular testing of Cys-C andβ2-MG is conducive to the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,early cure and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
