目的：探讨化学发光免疫分析（CLIA）检测丙型肝炎病毒抗体（抗-HCV）与重组免疫印迹试验（RI-BA）确证结果的关系。方法对10309例在山东大学附属省立医院就诊的门诊及住院患者采用 CLIA 法进行抗-HCV 检测，对检测为有反应性的标本通过 RIBA 作进一步确证。结果CLIA 初筛抗-HCV 抗体有反应性的标本共计106例，采用 RIBA 试剂对106例反应性标本进行检测，确认阳性37例、不确定28例、阴性41例，确认阳性比例为34．91％，且确认阳性标本比例与 S/CO 比值呈正相关。确证阳性标本条带检出率有差别，Core 检出率最高，其次依次为 NS3、NS4、NS5。结论确证结果与确证的条带分布有关，可根据 CLIA 法 S/CO 比值预测确证结果，有利于对结果进行正确和合理解释。

Objective To investigate the method of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)to detect anti-HCV and comparison with the recombinant immunoblot assay(RIBA).Methods 10 309 outpatients and inpatients which from the provincial hospital affiliated to shandong university,were detect anti-HCV by CLIA,and the postitive samples were tested by RIBA.Results A total of 106 anti-HCV positive samples identified by CLIA.Among 106 samples,37 samples were RIBA positive,28 samples were RIBA uncertain,and 41samples were RIBA negative.RIBA positive rate was 34.91%,and RIBA results was closed to S/CO ratio.Reactivity at bands Core was the highest,fol-lowed by NS3,NS4 and NS5.Conclusion The RIBA result was related to the number and type of positive RIBA bands,and S/Co ratio of CLIA could forecast the RIBA results,which will provide correct and reasonable explanation for HCV infection.
