目的:将培养学生自主学习能力为主的教学方法应用到针灸理论教学中,以观察其教学效果。方法选择新疆医科大学2009-2中西医本科班和2009-2厚博中西医本科班同学,分别作为试验组和对照组,试验组实施以培养学生自主能力为主的教学法,对照组采用传统课堂教学方法。分别采用形成性及总结性评价、学生评价与教师评价相结合的评价方法以评价其教学效果。结果试验组在培养学生自主学习能力、创新能力、协作能力、平时成绩、综合满意度等统计学上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。而对于知识体系建构方面以及期末成绩方面两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论该教学模式激发了学生强烈的学习兴趣,能给学生足够自主的空间,培养了其自主学习的能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

Objective To observe the actual effect of new acupuncture teaching method aimed at developing students' independent learning ability. Methods Undergraduates in class TCM 2009-2 and TCM Houbo 2009-2 in Xinjiang Medical University were divided into the test group and control group , which were teached by the new acupuncture teaching method and the traditional acupuncture teaching method. Formative and summative evaluation, student and teacher assessment were conducted to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results The independent learning, innovation, collaboration ability and overall satisfaction scores of the test group ware statistically better than the control group ( P <0.05) , while there was no significant difference in terms of knowledge system and final grade between two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusion The new teaching mode could stimulate students ' interest in learning, give students enough space for autonomy, cultivate their independent learning ability, and achieve good teaching results.
