目的:分析消疕汤治疗银屑病患者的临床疗效及对血清指标观察。方法本文选取了我院2012年1月至2013年1月收治的44例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,其中治疗组采用中医治疗,对照组采用西医治疗。结果经治疗后,两组病患血清中的TNF-α、 sICAM-l及MCP-1水平均有所下降,而采用中医治疗的治疗组TNF-α、 sICAM-l及MCP-1水平明显比采用西医治疗的对照组更接近正常值(P <0.05)。结论消疕汤治疗银屑病患者可明显改善患者的皮损损害状况,治疗效果优于西医治疗,且病理机制和致病机制极有可能与TNF-α、 sICAM-l及MCP-1血清指标相关。且消疕汤治疗银屑病患者疗效显著、副作用小等优点,具有广泛推广价值。

목적:분석소비탕치료은설병환자적림상료효급대혈청지표관찰。방법본문선취료아원2012년1월지2013년1월수치적44례심상형은설병환자위연구대상,기중치료조채용중의치료,대조조채용서의치료。결과경치료후,량조병환혈청중적TNF-α、 sICAM-l급MCP-1수평균유소하강,이채용중의치료적치료조TNF-α、 sICAM-l급MCP-1수평명현비채용서의치료적대조조경접근정상치(P <0.05)。결론소비탕치료은설병환자가명현개선환자적피손손해상황,치료효과우우서의치료,차병리궤제화치병궤제겁유가능여TNF-α、 sICAM-l급MCP-1혈청지표상관。차소비탕치료은설병환자료효현저、부작용소등우점,구유엄범추엄개치。
Objective To obseve the c linical effects of Xiaobi Decoction on paoriasis and the related serum parameters. Methods To select psoriasis patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013, control group (22 cases) was treated with western medicine therapy, treatment group (22 cases) were treated with western medicine and TCM Xiaobi decoction therapy. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 91.0% and 81.8%, respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups (P <0.05) . After treatment, the serum TNFαand sICAMl levels of both groups decreased, the TNFαand sICAMl levels of treatment group were higher than that of control group ( P <0.05) and closer to their normal values. Conclusion Addition of Xiaobi Decoction into conventional therapy could significantly al eviate the skin damage of psoriasis patients and achieve better curative effect than conventional therapy, its mechanism is likely related to elevation of serum TNFαand sICAMl levels.
