目的：探讨主动固定电极起搏器植入术后6 h下床活动的安全性及可行性。方法将符合条件的228例起搏器植入术患者按手术单双日分为观察组和对照组，两组患者植入起搏器术后均给予常规护理，对照组患者按传统方法术后卧床24 h；观察组患者术后平卧6 h后在护士的指导、协助下，下床活动。结果患者电极脱位、囊袋血肿、伤口出血的发生率两组无统计学差异（P ＞0．05）；观察组患者腰背酸痛的程度较对照组患者轻（P＜0．05），排尿、排便困难，尿潴留的发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论主动固定电极起搏器植入术后6 h下床活动是安全可行的，能减少卧床相关并发症，提高患者舒适度。
목적：탐토주동고정전겁기박기식입술후6 h하상활동적안전성급가행성。방법장부합조건적228례기박기식입술환자안수술단쌍일분위관찰조화대조조，량조환자식입기박기술후균급여상규호리，대조조환자안전통방법술후와상24 h；관찰조환자술후평와6 h후재호사적지도、협조하，하상활동。결과환자전겁탈위、낭대혈종、상구출혈적발생솔량조무통계학차이（P ＞0．05）；관찰조환자요배산통적정도교대조조환자경（P＜0．05），배뇨、배편곤난，뇨저류적발생솔저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론주동고정전겁기박기식입술후6 h하상활동시안전가행적，능감소와상상관병발증，제고환자서괄도。
Objective To study the safety and advantage of ambulation 6 h after active-fixation lead pacemaker implantation .Method 228 patients with active-fixation lead pacemaker implantation were selected and randomly di-vided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even days of operation .Conventional medi-cal care was conducted in control group and the time of bed rest was 24 h ,The observation group started to walk with the assistant and guide of nurse after 6 h of the operation .Result There were no significant difference of the in-cidence rate of lead dislocation ,pocket hematoma and incision hemorrhage between two groups(P>0 .05);How ev-er ,the degree of backache in observation group was milder than that the control group .In additional ,the incidence rate of urination ,bowel problems and urinary retention in observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Ambulation 6 h after active fixed electrode pacemaker implantation is safe and feasi-ble .It can reduce bed-related complications and improve patient comfort .
