目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定芪蛭通脉胶囊中山奈素的含量。方法采用ODS-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相:甲醇:0.4%磷酸(52∶48);流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长367nm。结果山奈素在0.0328~0.3280μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.78%, RSD=1.22%(n=9)。结论本方法简便快速、结果准确,可较好地用于控制芪蛭通脉胶囊的质量。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정기질통맥효낭중산내소적함량。방법채용ODS-C18색보주(5μm,4.6×250mm),류동상:갑순:0.4%린산(52∶48);류속:1.0ml·min-1;검측파장367nm。결과산내소재0.0328~0.3280μg범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9999),평균가양회수솔위98.78%, RSD=1.22%(n=9)。결론본방법간편쾌속、결과준학,가교호지용우공제기질통맥효낭적질량。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Kaempferol in Qizhitongmai capsule. Methods Using ODS C18 chromatographic column 5μm ( 4.6 ×250 mm) , using methanol: 0.4% phosphoric acid ( 52∶48) as mobile phase. The content was detected at a wavelength of 367nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. Results The Kaempferol have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0328~0.3280μg (r=9999) , the average recovery was 98.78%, RSD=1.22%(n=9) . Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Qizhitongmai Capsules.
