目的:观察回药复方软化动脉胶囊对糖尿病(Diabets Mel itus, DM)并发动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis, AS)大鼠主动脉形态学与MMP-9基因表达的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养和STZ腹腔注射(45mg/kg)的方法建立糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型。给药12周后,各组大鼠主动脉病理切片观察组织形态学变化,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测主动脉MMP-9 mRNA的水平。结果回药复方软化动脉胶囊可以改善糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化大鼠的主动脉的病理改变,抑制主动脉MMP-9 mRNA的表达(P<0.05)。结论回药复方软化动脉胶囊可以改善糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉的病理改变,延缓糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化病变的发展,其机制可能与抑制主动脉MMP-9 mRNA的表达有关。

목적:관찰회약복방연화동맥효낭대당뇨병(Diabets Mel itus, DM)병발동맥죽양경화(atherosclerosis, AS)대서주동맥형태학여MMP-9기인표체적영향。방법채용고지사료위양화STZ복강주사(45mg/kg)적방법건립당뇨병병발동맥죽양경화대서모형。급약12주후,각조대서주동맥병리절편관찰조직형태학변화,채용실시형광정량PCR기술검측주동맥MMP-9 mRNA적수평。결과회약복방연화동맥효낭가이개선당뇨병병발동맥죽양경화대서적주동맥적병리개변,억제주동맥MMP-9 mRNA적표체(P<0.05)。결론회약복방연화동맥효낭가이개선당뇨병병발동맥죽양경화대서주동맥적병리개변,연완당뇨병병발동맥죽양경화병변적발전,기궤제가능여억제주동맥MMP-9 mRNA적표체유관。
Objective to investigate Huiyao Compound Ruanhua Dongmai Capsule 's effect on artery morphology and aorta matrix metal o proteinase9 (MMP9) mRNA expression in diabetes and atherosclerosis model rats. Methods Rats of diabetes with atherosclerosis were modeled by STZ ( 45mg/kg) and high fat diet. After twelve weeks of treatment, artery morphology was observed and real-time quantitative PCR technology was employed to measure MMP9 mRNA in aorta. Results Huiyao Compound Ruanhua Dongmai Capsule could improve pathological changes and inhibite the in aorta MMP9 mRNA 's expression in diabetes and atherosclerosis nodel rats ( P<0.05) . Conclusion Huiyao Compound Ruanhua Dongmai Capsule has a good effect on delaying the development of diabetes and atherosclerosis. The mechanism is probably related to its effect of inhibiting the expression of MMP9 in aorta.
