通过分析制药工程专业的实质和特点，根据目前制药行业的关键科学问题与工程技术的发展变化，结合实际，提出了普通高等院校制药工程专业创新型工程类人才培养的一些建议和措施，为制药工程专业人才的培养、发展提供思路。

Through analysis of the essence and characteristics of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, and according to the key scientific problems in the pharmaceutical industry and development of engineering technology, we combined with the fact of our school and put forward some suggestions or measures about pharmaceutical engineering major in ordinary universities. We also wanted to pro-vide ideas for development and training for pharmaceutical engineering professionals.
