目的:评价722实时动态胰岛素泵系统治疗2型糖尿病高血糖患者疗效。方法2013年5至11月住院的36例2型糖尿病高血糖患者,给予722实时动态胰岛素泵系统治疗,根据实时血糖监测情况及时调整胰岛素泵用量。结果(1)722实时动态胰岛素泵系统监测的血糖值与指端毛细血管血糖值呈显著正相关(r=0.97,P<0.01);(2)第3天的日内平均血糖(MBG)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、有效血糖波动频率(FGE)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)、血糖漂移时间百分比(TBG≥10 mmol/L和TBG≤3.9 mmol/L)均较第1天明显下降(P<0.05);(3)第3天高血糖报警次数及持续时间较第1天明显减少(P<0.01),低血糖报警次数较前无明显变化(P>0.05),但低血糖报警持续时间较前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论722实时动态胰岛素泵系统能实时显示血糖变化值,治疗2型糖尿病高血糖安全有效。

목적:평개722실시동태이도소빙계통치료2형당뇨병고혈당환자료효。방법2013년5지11월주원적36례2형당뇨병고혈당환자,급여722실시동태이도소빙계통치료,근거실시혈당감측정황급시조정이도소빙용량。결과(1)722실시동태이도소빙계통감측적혈당치여지단모세혈관혈당치정현저정상관(r=0.97,P<0.01);(2)제3천적일내평균혈당(MBG)、평균혈당파동폭도(MAGE)、유효혈당파동빈솔(FGE)、일간혈당평균절대차(MODD)、혈당표이시간백분비(TBG≥10 mmol/L화TBG≤3.9 mmol/L)균교제1천명현하강(P<0.05);(3)제3천고혈당보경차수급지속시간교제1천명현감소(P<0.01),저혈당보경차수교전무명현변화(P>0.05),단저혈당보경지속시간교전명현감소(P<0.01)。결론722실시동태이도소빙계통능실시현시혈당변화치,치료2형당뇨병고혈당안전유효。
Objective To investigate the effects of Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system in hyperglycaemia patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Thirty-six cases of diabetic hyperglycaemia patients between May 2013 and November 2013 underwent Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system. According to real time glucose levels and blood glucose profiles, we made treatments and adjusted the dose of insulin. Results (1) The correlation coefficient between Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system and capillary glucose values was 0.97(P<0.01);(2) The mean blood glucose (MBG), mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE), effective blood glucose fluctuations in frequency(FGE), absolute means of daily difference(MODD) , the percentage of hyperglycaemia time(TBG≥10 mmol/L) and the percentage of hypoglycemia time(TBG≤3.9 mmol/L) of the third day were reduced significantly versus the first day(P<0.01); (3) The hyperglycaemia warning times and persistence times of the third day were significantly decreased versus the first day(P<0.01), the hypoglycemia warning times were not obvious changed versus the first day(P>0.05), but the hypoglycemia persistence times of the third day were significantly decreased versus the first day(P<0.01). Conclusion Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system can reflect blood glucose profiles, it is safer and effective in treatment of the hyperglycaemia patients with type 2 diabetes.
