目的：探讨患者股骨颈骨折术后护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的34例股骨颈骨折患者，分为对照组和干预组，每组各17例，干预组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理、饮食指导、术后康复指导、并发症的护理和出院指导，比较2组患者的Harris髋关节评分及术后并发症。结果：术后1个月时2组患者的Harris髋关节评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），术后3、6个月时干预组患者的Harris髋关节评分均优于对照组，2组间比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。干预组患者的总并发症发生率为0％，明显低于对照组的5．9％，2组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对股骨颈骨折的术后护理干预，可以提高患者的生活质量，降低并发症发生率。
목적：탐토환자고골경골절술후호리간예적림상효과。방법：선취본원수치적34례고골경골절환자，분위대조조화간예조，매조각17례，간예조재대조조적기출상급여심리호리、음식지도、술후강복지도、병발증적호리화출원지도，비교2조환자적Harris관관절평분급술후병발증。결과：술후1개월시2조환자적Harris관관절평분차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），술후3、6개월시간예조환자적Harris관관절평분균우우대조조，2조간비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。간예조환자적총병발증발생솔위0％，명현저우대조조적5．9％，2조간비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：대고골경골절적술후호리간예，가이제고환자적생활질량，강저병발증발생솔。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of postoperative nursing intervention patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:34 patients with femoral neck fracture were treated at our hospital, were divided into control group and intervention group, each group of 17 cases, Results:The postoperative 1 month when Harris hip score differences between the two groups of patients, the no statistical signifi-cance (P >0.05), postoperative 3, 6 months of intervention group patients when Harris hip score were superior to control group, com-parison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Intervention group patients total complication rate was 0%, significantly lower than the control group, 5.9%of the comparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:postoperative nursing intervention for femoral neck fracture, can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
