目的：总结38例甲状腺癌患者的临床特点，指导临床规范治疗。方法：2007年～2013年收治甲状腺癌患者38例，回顾性分析临床资料。结果：经病理诊断，甲状腺癌38例，其中乳头状癌32例，滤泡性癌5例，髓样癌1例。随访3个月～6年，术后复发并骨转移等死亡1例，余37例患者健在。结论：甲状腺癌的发病率呈上升趋势，选择合理、规范的手术方式对病人的预后有较大的影响。

목적：총결38례갑상선암환자적림상특점，지도림상규범치료。방법：2007년～2013년수치갑상선암환자38례，회고성분석림상자료。결과：경병리진단，갑상선암38례，기중유두상암32례，려포성암5례，수양암1례。수방3개월～6년，술후복발병골전이등사망1례，여37례환자건재。결론：갑상선암적발병솔정상승추세，선택합리、규범적수술방식대병인적예후유교대적영향。
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of 38 cases of thyroid cancer patients, to guide the clinical treatment. Methods:From 2007 to 2013 thyroid cancer in 38 patients, a retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results:the pathological diagnosis, 38 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 32 cases of papillary carcinoma, 5 cases of follicular carcinoma, 1 cases of medullary carcinoma.Follow up of 3 months to 6 years, recurrence and metastasis to bone, 1 cases of death, 37 patients were still alive.Conclusion:the incidence of thyroid cancer is on the rise, affect prognosis of operation mode choice reasonable, standardized patient.
