目的：探讨心理护理对老年抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。方法：将82例老年抑郁症患者随机分为实验组42例和对照组40例。对照组仅给予药物治疗和常规护理，实验组在此基础上实施以患者为中心的有针对性的心理护理，分别于治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）评分和威斯康星卡片分类测验（ WCST）。结果：治疗后实验组HAMD评分、WCST总测验次数、持续错误数均低于治疗前和对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：有针对性的心理护理不仅有助于老年期抑郁症患者病情的康复，而且对认知功能的改善也有利。
목적：탐토심리호리대노년억욱증환자인지공능적영향。방법：장82례노년억욱증환자수궤분위실험조42례화대조조40례。대조조부급여약물치료화상규호리，실험조재차기출상실시이환자위중심적유침대성적심리호리，분별우치료전후진행한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）평분화위사강성잡편분류측험（ WCST）。결과：치료후실험조HAMD평분、WCST총측험차수、지속착오수균저우치료전화대조조（ P<0.05）。결론：유침대성적심리호리불부유조우노년기억욱증환자병정적강복，이차대인지공능적개선야유리。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing care on the cognitive function of elderly patients with depres-sion. Methods:82 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=40). The patients in the control group were only given drug therapy and routine nursing care;the patients in the experimental group were additionally given the targeted psychological nursing care based on the measures in the control group and the duration of intervention was 8 weeks in both groups. The scoring by HAMD and WCST were conducted before and after treatment. Results:The HAMD score,the total tri-als administered of WCST and perseverative errors were lower after the treatment in the experimental group than those before the treatment and than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The targeted psychological nursing care is not only conducive to rehabilitation of the elderly patients with depression,but also to the improvement of the cognitive function of the patients.
