目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年4~12月收治的56例脑卒中患者为传统护理组,2013年1~8月收治的53例脑卒中患者为临床路径组,传统护理组采用传统护理方法进行健康教育,临床路径组制定脑卒中患者健康教育临床路径标准模式对患者进行健康教育。比较两组康复知识知晓率、认知态度、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果:临床路径组在掌握康复知识、对疾病的认知态度和遵医行为等方面与传统护理组有明显差异( P<0.05),护理满意度也明显高于传统护理组( P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径的方式对脑卒中康复患者进行健康教育,可以显著提高健康教育质量和效果,显著提高患者和家属对护理工作的满意度。

목적:탐토림상호리로경재뇌졸중환자건강교육중적응용효과。방법:선취2012년4~12월수치적56례뇌졸중환자위전통호리조,2013년1~8월수치적53례뇌졸중환자위림상로경조,전통호리조채용전통호리방법진행건강교육,림상로경조제정뇌졸중환자건강교육림상로경표준모식대환자진행건강교육。비교량조강복지식지효솔、인지태도、준의행위급호리만의도。결과:림상로경조재장악강복지식、대질병적인지태도화준의행위등방면여전통호리조유명현차이( P<0.05),호리만의도야명현고우전통호리조( P<0.05)。결론:응용림상호리로경적방식대뇌졸중강복환자진행건강교육,가이현저제고건강교육질량화효과,현저제고환자화가속대호리공작적만의도。
Objective:To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing path in the health education to patients with stroke. Methods:56 patients with stroke( treated from June to December 2012)were taken as the conventional nursing group and other 53 patients with stroke( treated from January to August 2013)were taken as the clinical nursing path group. The conventional nursing care and meth-ods of health education were used in the conventional nursing group and the health education was conducted according to the standard pat-tern of clinical nursing path in the clinical nursing path group. The patientˊs awareness rate of rehabilitation-related knowledge,cognition, medical compliance behavior and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically sig-nificant differences in the comparison of mastery of disease-related knowledge in the clinical nursing path group,related skill,cognition and medical compliance behavior between the two groups(P<0. 05);the satisfaction rate of nursing care was also significantly higher in the clinical nursing path group than the conventional nursing group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical nursing path in the health educa-tion to stroke patients with rehabilitation can significantly improve the quality and effect of health education and the satisfaction of the pa-tients and their families with nursing care.
