目的:探讨“急诊绿色通道卡”在急诊科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年10月~2013年3月急诊科患者85例为实验组,2011年10月~2012年3月急诊科患者72例为对照组,实验组通过使用“急诊绿色通道卡”绿色通道入院,对照组通过院内总值班签字的绿色通道入院。比较两组等待时间、急诊抢救成功、患者满意及有效投诉情况。结果:实验组等待时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊绿色通道患者使用“急诊绿色通道卡”,能缩短相关科室等待时间,提高患者满意度,减少投诉,使绿色通道畅通、高效、快捷,值得医院推广应用。

목적:탐토“급진록색통도잡”재급진과환자중적응용효과。방법:선취2012년10월~2013년3월급진과환자85례위실험조,2011년10월~2012년3월급진과환자72례위대조조,실험조통과사용“급진록색통도잡”록색통도입원,대조조통과원내총치반첨자적록색통도입원。비교량조등대시간、급진창구성공、환자만의급유효투소정황。결과:실험조등대시간균현저단우대조조(P<0.01),환자만의도우우대조조(P<0.05),투소솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:급진록색통도환자사용“급진록색통도잡”,능축단상관과실등대시간,제고환자만의도,감소투소,사록색통도창통、고효、쾌첩,치득의원추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the "Green Channel Card of Emergency Treatment" in the patients in the e-mergency department. Methods:85 patients who received emergency treatment( from October 2012 to March 2013)were taken as the ex-perimental group and other 72 patients( from October 2011 to March 2012)were taken as the control group. The patients in the experimen-tal group received emergency treatment by using "Green Channel Card of Emergency Treatment" and the patients in the control group could not receive emergency treatment until they got the approval of the chief on duty of the hospital. The waiting time,success rate of res-cue,patient satisfaction and reasonable complaints were compared between the two groups. Results:The waiting time was significantly shor-ter in the experimental group than the control group(P<0. 01);the patient satisfaction rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0. 05);the complaint rate was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Applica-tion of the "Green Channel Card of Emergency Treatment" to the patients in the emergency department can shorten the waiting time,im-prove the satisfaction rate and reduce complaints of the patients.
