目的:了解南昌市护士护理软技能实施现状,为提高护理服务质量促进“优质护理服务示范工程”活动的顺利开展提供依据。方法:采用护理软技能测评量表,对南昌市5个区域和医院等级,采取分层整群抽样方法抽取400名护士进行调查。结果:南昌市护士护理软技能总分为(156.64±15.256)分;南昌市护士护理软技能总分、人际关系技能、组织管理技能、职业情操维度得分明显高于全国常模( P<0.05);不同工作年限、婚姻状况、受聘形式、医院等级及文化程度的护士护理软技能比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:针对不同工作年限、婚姻状况、受聘形式、医院等级及文化程度的护士护理软技能的特点,建议护理管理者增加培训,采取有针对性的措施,以提高护士软技能的能力。

Objective:To understand the status of implementation of nursing soft skills among nurses in Nanchang city in order to pro-vide a basis for improving the quality of nursing service and promote the activities of"high quality nursing demonstration project". Meth-ods:The nursing soft skill assessment scale was used to investigate 400 nurses of 5 hospitals in different areas and levels in Nanchang city. Results:The total scores of nursing soft skills of nurses in Nanchang city were 156. 64 ± 15. 256 points;the total scores of nursing soft skills and the scores of interpersonal skills,organization and management skills and the dimension of occupational sentiment of nurses in Nan-chang city were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0. 05);the differences in the comparison of nursing soft skills between nurses with different work age,marital status,the employed type,the hospital level and the educational level were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:It is suggested that nursing administrators enhance training and take targeted measures to improve nursing soft skills of nurses according to their different characteristics.
