孤立电网的运行特点与大电网存在显著差异,尤其是在工业重载负荷情况下,传统的安全稳定控制方法不一定完全适用。文中以电解铝重载孤网为例,提出一种电解铝重载孤网紧急控制优化方法。该方法充分考虑了负荷侧的调节能力,将负荷转带作为首选控制方案,并采用电源和负荷侧联合控制方案缓解控制量离散性大的局面,结合时域仿真分析,获取满足安全稳定要求的紧急控制方案。以控制措施经济代价为指标,寻求代价最小的控制方案,在保证安全性的前提下,实现电网经济运行。

The operational features of the isolated power grid are significantly different from those of large power grids. Especially for the industrial heavy load,the traditional security and stability control measures may not be applicable to the isolated ones.Take the electrolytic aluminum power system as an example.An emergency control optimization method of the isolated power grid with electrolytic aluminum load is proposed.The charactristics and regulation ability of the load are taken into account.Should failure occur,the load transfer is treated as the priority control measure.And the joint control by the power side and the load side is used to solve the problem when a single method cannot meet the requirement of security and stability.With the time domain simulation,the feasible control schemes can be determined.And then the economic cost of load shedding and generator trip is used for the economic assessment of the feasible control schemes.The one with minimum economic cost is treated as the best control scheme.By taking into full account power grid security and stability,the goal of economical operation will be achieved.
