在信息和科技飞快发展的知识时代，知识型员工在企业的舞台上扮演着越来越至关重要的角色。一个企业能否取得长远发展，很大程度上取决于领导者与员工们是否有效地进行相互匹配。基于领导生命周期理论，分析不同领导方式及不同成熟度的知识型员工的特征，据此进行科学合理匹配，并以广西多家企业为例对匹配结构进行假设检验，均获得支持，研究结果对企业领导者在选择何种领导方式与相应知识型员工匹配具有一定的参考价值。

In the knowledge era of information and science and technology which develop rapidly,the knowledge workers plays a more and more vital role on the stage of the enterprise.An enterprise whether can get a long-term development,to a large extent depends on whether leaders and employees effectively match each other.Based on Situational leadership theory,analysisthe features of different style leadership and differentmaturity of knowledge-type employees,on the basis of scientific and reasonable matching,as a case study of Guangxi companies hypothesis test for matching structure,and be supported,the results of the studyprovides a certain reference value for the leader in choosing what kind of leadership style to match the staff.
