目的:了解湖南省某中医院门诊患者满意度现状及影响因素,并提出对策建议。方法:采用发放调查问卷的形式对来此中医院就诊的患者进行调查。结果:患者对此中医院的忠诚度是比较高的,78%的患者表示在此中医院看过2次以上病;患者选择到此中医院看病的原因中,“中医特色鲜明”排在首位,占被调查人员的67%;患者对此中医院满意度总体来说较高;52%的患者表示会介绍其他病人来此中医院看病。建议:继续做好医务人员服务;改善就医流程;优化就医环境。

목적:료해호남성모중의원문진환자만의도현상급영향인소,병제출대책건의。방법:채용발방조사문권적형식대래차중의원취진적환자진행조사。결과:환자대차중의원적충성도시비교고적,78%적환자표시재차중의원간과2차이상병;환자선택도차중의원간병적원인중,“중의특색선명”배재수위,점피조사인원적67%;환자대차중의원만의도총체래설교고;52%적환자표시회개소기타병인래차중의원간병。건의:계속주호의무인원복무;개선취의류정;우화취의배경。
Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of outpatient satisfaction of a Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hunan Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Method:use questionnaire investigation to the Chinese medicine hospital patients.Results:the patients of this hospital of traditional Chinese medicine's loyalty is relatively high,78% of the patients expressed in this hospital of traditional Chinese medicine have seen more than 2 times in patients with disease;reason to choose this hospital of traditional Chinese medicine doctor,"Chinese distinctive features" in the first row,accounted for by investigators 67% this hospital of traditional Chinese medicine;patient satisfaction in general higher;52% said the patient will introduce other patients to the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine doctor.Recommendations:continue to do a good job of medical personnel to improve the medical service;process optimization;medical environment.
