苏南区块是中国石油天然气集团公司与法国道达尔公司在鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田南部的天然气合作开发区块。为提高开发效率、迅速扩建产能建设、降低开发成本,苏里格南借鉴国内外先进技术成果经验及开发理念,结合区块“大井丛丛式井组”开采特点,将钻井、压裂、试气等作业程序“流程化、批量化、标准化”,形成了苏里格南工厂化开发特色模式。通过近两年的不断摸索、实践、优化,施工效果表明:加快了施工速度,缩短了投产周期,满足了低成本开发需求,形成了具有该合作区特色的工厂化钻完井作业模式,实现了“三低”气田的规模效益开发,为气田高效开发树立了新样板。
囌南區塊是中國石油天然氣集糰公司與法國道達爾公司在鄂爾多斯盆地囌裏格氣田南部的天然氣閤作開髮區塊。為提高開髮效率、迅速擴建產能建設、降低開髮成本,囌裏格南藉鑒國內外先進技術成果經驗及開髮理唸,結閤區塊“大井叢叢式井組”開採特點,將鑽井、壓裂、試氣等作業程序“流程化、批量化、標準化”,形成瞭囌裏格南工廠化開髮特色模式。通過近兩年的不斷摸索、實踐、優化,施工效果錶明:加快瞭施工速度,縮短瞭投產週期,滿足瞭低成本開髮需求,形成瞭具有該閤作區特色的工廠化鑽完井作業模式,實現瞭“三低”氣田的規模效益開髮,為氣田高效開髮樹立瞭新樣闆。

The South Sulige Block is a gas development zone in the southern Sulige Gas Field,Ordos Basin,jointly operated by the China Natinonal Petroleum Corp. (CNPC)and France’s Total SA.In order to improve the development efficiency and reduce the development cost there,we not only learn experience from the successful practices in other development zones in the Sulige Gas Field,but introduce the Total’s advanced technologies and fine management concepts.On this basis,the cluster groups was combined with new technology,the operations of driling,fracturin,gastesting,etc,were streamlined,standardized,and run at scale as wel as innovated in an organization mode,which form the south Sulige to be a special development ways.Throght this mode,the operation speed up and shorten the production cycle,meets the requirements of low cost development,formed the factory with the characteristic of the zone driling and completion operation mode,helping achieving the commercial and cost-effective development of such this gas fields with low pressure,low permeability and low abundance.
