High intensity focused ultrasound treatment intensity%Advanced pancreatic cancer
目的：研究不同强度高能聚焦超声治疗中晚期胰腺癌的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年3月至2013年3月太原市中心医院超声刀科单纯应用FEP-BY02型高能聚焦超声治疗的中晚期胰腺癌患者67例，观察应用不同强度的高能聚焦超声热强度后的镇痛效果、生存质量。结果取高能聚焦超声热强度100～300 W治疗后1周、1个月、3个月疼痛缓解率分别为58.1%、47.3%、36.8%，生存质量有所改善；取高能聚焦超声热强度300～500 W治疗后1周、1个月、3个月疼痛缓解率分别为65.5%、72.4%、44.8%，生存质量明显改善；取高能聚焦超声热强度500～600 W治疗后1周、1个月、3个月疼痛缓解率分别为68.4%、73.3%、42.2%，生存质量也明显改善。治疗强度为500～600W时出现8例入射处皮肤起水泡及9例点状碳化。结论对于中晚期胰腺癌患者，在应用高能聚焦超声热剂量为400～500 W治疗时就能达到减轻疼痛、提高生存质量的效果。高能聚焦超声热剂量500～600 W与400～500 W比较治疗效果无明显差别。
目的：研究不同彊度高能聚焦超聲治療中晚期胰腺癌的效果。方法迴顧性分析2007年3月至2013年3月太原市中心醫院超聲刀科單純應用FEP-BY02型高能聚焦超聲治療的中晚期胰腺癌患者67例，觀察應用不同彊度的高能聚焦超聲熱彊度後的鎮痛效果、生存質量。結果取高能聚焦超聲熱彊度100～300 W治療後1週、1箇月、3箇月疼痛緩解率分彆為58.1%、47.3%、36.8%，生存質量有所改善；取高能聚焦超聲熱彊度300～500 W治療後1週、1箇月、3箇月疼痛緩解率分彆為65.5%、72.4%、44.8%，生存質量明顯改善；取高能聚焦超聲熱彊度500～600 W治療後1週、1箇月、3箇月疼痛緩解率分彆為68.4%、73.3%、42.2%，生存質量也明顯改善。治療彊度為500～600W時齣現8例入射處皮膚起水泡及9例點狀碳化。結論對于中晚期胰腺癌患者，在應用高能聚焦超聲熱劑量為400～500 W治療時就能達到減輕疼痛、提高生存質量的效果。高能聚焦超聲熱劑量500～600 W與400～500 W比較治療效果無明顯差彆。
목적：연구불동강도고능취초초성치료중만기이선암적효과。방법회고성분석2007년3월지2013년3월태원시중심의원초성도과단순응용FEP-BY02형고능취초초성치료적중만기이선암환자67례，관찰응용불동강도적고능취초초성열강도후적진통효과、생존질량。결과취고능취초초성열강도100～300 W치료후1주、1개월、3개월동통완해솔분별위58.1%、47.3%、36.8%，생존질량유소개선；취고능취초초성열강도300～500 W치료후1주、1개월、3개월동통완해솔분별위65.5%、72.4%、44.8%，생존질량명현개선；취고능취초초성열강도500～600 W치료후1주、1개월、3개월동통완해솔분별위68.4%、73.3%、42.2%，생존질량야명현개선。치료강도위500～600W시출현8례입사처피부기수포급9례점상탄화。결론대우중만기이선암환자，재응용고능취초초성열제량위400～500 W치료시취능체도감경동통、제고생존질량적효과。고능취초초성열제량500～600 W여400～500 W비교치료효과무명현차별。
Objective To study the different strength of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of advancedpancreatic cancer effect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2007 March to 2013 March in 67 cases of advanced pancreatic cancer patients in our treatment center the simple application of FEP-BY02 type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy, quality of life, the analgesic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound thermal intensityobserved by different intensity of. Results High intensity focused ultrasound thermal strength after 100~300 W treatment one week, one month, there months of pain relief rate was 58.1%, 47.3%, 36.8%, quality of life improved;thehigh intensity focused ultrasound thermal strength after 300~500 W treatment one week, one month, there months ofpain relief rate was 65.5%, 72.4%, 44.8%quality of life was improved;take, high intensity focused ultrasound thermalstrength after 500~600 W treatment one week, one month, there months of pain relief rate was 68.4%, 73.3%, 42.2%, quality of life is improved obviously. The intensity of therapy for 500~600 W appearance of 8 cases of incident at the skinblisters and 9 cases of punctate carbonization. Conclusion For the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, in theapplication of high-intensity focused ultrasound thermaldose of 400~500 W treatment can relieve pain, improve life quality effect. High intensity focused ultrasound thermaldose of 500~600 W compared with 400~500 W treatment had no significant difference.
