目的：探讨CAD/CAM水晶氧化锆与IPS e.max press铸瓷两种修复方式的临床效果。方法：采用回顾性研究，对比两种修复方式的优缺点。结果：两种修复材料颜色患者满意度分别为100%和96.43%，医生满意度分别为100%和88.88%；远期完整率分别为97.44%和82.14%。结论：CAD/CAM水晶氧化锆和IPS e.max press铸瓷均可在颜色上达到满意效果；CAD/CAM水晶氧化锆完整率及医生满意度优于IPS e.max press铸瓷。

목적：탐토CAD/CAM수정양화고여IPS e.max press주자량충수복방식적림상효과。방법：채용회고성연구，대비량충수복방식적우결점。결과：량충수복재료안색환자만의도분별위100%화96.43%，의생만의도분별위100%화88.88%；원기완정솔분별위97.44%화82.14%。결론：CAD/CAM수정양화고화IPS e.max press주자균가재안색상체도만의효과；CAD/CAM수정양화고완정솔급의생만의도우우IPS e.max press주자。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of CAD/CAM Zirconia and IPS e.max press in repairing anterior teeth.Method:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods by studying retrospectively.Result:The satisfaction rates of patients towards the color of those two materials were 100%and 96.43%respectively,and of doctors,the rates were 100%and 88.88%respectively;the rates of long-term intactness were 97.44%and 82.14%respectively.Conclusion:Both CAD/CAM Zirconia and IPS e.max press can achieve satisfactory effects in colors;CAD/CAM Zirconia is superior to IPS e.max press in the rates of intactness and doctor’s satisfaction.
