目的：探讨老年患者人工种植牙围手术期的针对性护理方法。方法：收集2013年3月-2014年3月接受人工种植牙手术的老年患者42例，根据患者的生理、心理特点，给予围手术期护理。结果：接受手术的42例老年患者，术后随访3个月~1年检查结果，患者人工种植牙均形成良好骨结合，且无1例患者出现种植体脱落、牙龈发炎等各种并发症。结论：采用微创人工种植牙技术，并对老年患者给予术前、术中、术后针对性的护理干预措施，可有效避免切口感染的发生，进一步促进切口愈合，从而提高老年患者人工种植牙成功率。

목적：탐토노년환자인공충식아위수술기적침대성호리방법。방법：수집2013년3월-2014년3월접수인공충식아수술적노년환자42례，근거환자적생리、심리특점，급여위수술기호리。결과：접수수술적42례노년환자，술후수방3개월~1년검사결과，환자인공충식아균형성량호골결합，차무1례환자출현충식체탈락、아간발염등각충병발증。결론：채용미창인공충식아기술，병대노년환자급여술전、술중、술후침대성적호리간예조시，가유효피면절구감염적발생，진일보촉진절구유합，종이제고노년환자인공충식아성공솔。
Objective:To explore the targeted nursing for elderly patients in the perioperative period of dental implantation.Method:A total of 42 elderly patients who received dental implantation from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the subjects and the perioperative nursing was administered according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of patients.Result:According to the 3-month to 1-year postoperative follow-up,all the implants of 42 elderly patients showed good osseointegration,and complications like falling off of implant and gingival inflammation occurred in no patients.Conclusion:Minimally-invasive dental implantation technique and targeted preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention for elderly patients can effective prevent incision infection and promote incision healing,thus improving the success rate of dental implantation for elderly patients.
