目的：探讨规范化护理联合呼气峰值流速对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法收集2013年8月~2014年8月在本院呼吸内科住院的支气管哮喘患者90例，随机分为3组，规范化护理组(A组)30例，呼气峰值流速组(B组)30例，规范化护理联合呼气峰值流速组(C组)30例，A组住院期间采用规范化护理，B组住院期间采用常规护理、出院后监测呼气峰值流速，C组采用规范化护理联合出院后监测呼气峰值流速，观察3组的住院天数、住院费用、满意度评分、ACT评分、生活质量问卷评分。结果 A组与C组住院天数、住院费用、满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)；B组分别与A组及C组住院天数、住院费用、满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组ACT评分比较差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。3组生活质量问卷评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理联合呼气峰值流速能明显提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토규범화호리연합호기봉치류속대지기관효천환자생활질량적영향。방법수집2013년8월~2014년8월재본원호흡내과주원적지기관효천환자90례，수궤분위3조，규범화호리조(A조)30례，호기봉치류속조(B조)30례，규범화호리연합호기봉치류속조(C조)30례，A조주원기간채용규범화호리，B조주원기간채용상규호리、출원후감측호기봉치류속，C조채용규범화호리연합출원후감측호기봉치류속，관찰3조적주원천수、주원비용、만의도평분、ACT평분、생활질량문권평분。결과 A조여C조주원천수、주원비용、만의도평분비교차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)；B조분별여A조급C조주원천수、주원비용、만의도평분비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。3조ACT평분비교차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)。3조생활질량문권평분비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론규범화호리연합호기봉치류속능명현제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To discuss the effect of standardized nursing combined with peak expiratory flow rate on the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 patients with bronchial asthma in respiration department of our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,standardized nursing group(group A),peak expiratory flow rate group(group B) and standardized nursing combined with peak expirato-ry flow rate group (group C) was 30 cases respectively.Standardized nursing was used in group A during hospitalization, conventional nursing was used during hospitalization and peak expiratory flow rate was monitored after discharge in group B,standardized nursing was used during hospitalization and peak expiratory flow rate was monitored after dis-charge in group C.The number of day in hospital,hospital cost,satisfaction rate score,ACT score,quality of life score in three groups was observed respectively. Results The number of day in hospital,hospital cost,satisfaction rate score be-tween group A and group C was compared respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The number of day in hos-pital,hospital cost,satisfaction rate score between group B and group A,between group B and group C was compared re-spectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).ACT score in three groups was compared,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).Quality of life score in three groups was compared,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing combined with peak expiratory flow rate can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma.
