护理是一门最精细的艺术，也是一门动手能力很强的学科，特别是护理操作技能在很大程度上直接影响整个护理质量，这就要求护理专业学生在进入临床工作之前，应具备较强的动手能力及临床思维能力。只有具备这种能力，护生才能较快进入护士角色，较好地完成毕业实习任务。因此，在适应教学目标、教学模式、教学内容转变的同时，应进一步切实加强护理实验室的开放管理，从管理中培养学生的综合能力，以期更好地服务于患者，体现本专业特有的魅力。

Nursing is a dedicate art and also a subject requiring strong operational abilities,especially nursing operat-ing skills directly influencing on the whole nursing quality to a large extent,which ask for stronger manipulative ability and clinical thinking ability in students with the major of nursing before getting in touch with the clinical work.Only have this ability can nursing students quickly qualify for the nursing role and accomplish their graduation practice well. Therefore,with the adaptation of teaching goal,mode,and content of course changing,at the same time,open management of nursing laboratory should be further strengthened,from which student’s comprehensive ability can be cultivated in or-der to provide better service for patient,which can reflect the charm of the major.
