目的：探讨中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床效果。方法收集本院及广州颐康老年病医院2010年1月~2014年1月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者100例，将患者按随机数字表法分为实验组、对照组，每组各50例。对照组单纯应用西药治疗，实验组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗，比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组的总有效率为92.0%，MMSE评分为(22.63±1.54)分，ADL评分为(39.17±3.65)分，临床主症状总分为(3.62±0.53)分，以上指标与对照组比较，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)，两组均未见不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病，效果确切，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료아이자해묵병적림상효과。방법수집본원급엄주이강노년병의원2010년1월~2014년1월수치적아이자해묵병환자100례，장환자안수궤수자표법분위실험조、대조조，매조각50례。대조조단순응용서약치료，실험조재대조조기출상가용중약치료，비교량조적림상효과。결과실험조적총유효솔위92.0%，MMSE평분위(22.63±1.54)분，ADL평분위(39.17±3.65)분，림상주증상총분위(3.62±0.53)분，이상지표여대조조비교，차이유통계의의(P<0.05)，량조균미견불량반응。결론중서의결합치료아이자해묵병，효과학절，안전성고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating Alzheimer disease. Methods 100 patients with Alzheimer disease treated in our hospital and Yikang Geriatric Hospital were selected and they were divided into the experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50).The control group was treated with western medicine,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimen-tal group was 92.0%,MMSE score was(22.63±1.54) points,ADL score was (39.17±3.65)points,the main clinical symptom total score (3.62±0.53) points,and there was a statistical difference of above-mentioned indicators in the two groups (P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and west-ern medicine treating Alzheimer disease is exact with higher safety.Ii is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
