化疗相关血小板减少十分常见，轻中度减少多属中医“虚劳”范畴，重度减少则以“血证”论治。血小板减少者临床常出现神疲乏力、潮热盗汗、面白无华、口干心悸、脉细数等症，属脾肾亏虚、阴血不足之证，治疗宜补益脾肾、滋阴养血为法，应选择女贞子、石斛、生地等药物，或者少佐知、柏以清虚热；用药宜凉润、忌温燥，以免诱发出血；处方中宜适当以参、芪配伍升麻、桔梗等药物升举阳气、载药力上行，利于血小板回升，应注意避免升麻用量过大有动血之弊；按照“母子相生”理论配伍补益药物。鸡血藤、仙鹤草、阿胶、虎杖、花生衣、旱莲草等药物对于升高血小板有一定作用，宜灵活配伍使用。

화료상관혈소판감소십분상견，경중도감소다속중의“허로”범주，중도감소칙이“혈증”론치。혈소판감소자림상상출현신피핍력、조열도한、면백무화、구간심계、맥세수등증，속비신우허、음혈불족지증，치료의보익비신、자음양혈위법，응선택녀정자、석곡、생지등약물，혹자소좌지、백이청허열；용약의량윤、기온조，이면유발출혈；처방중의괄당이삼、기배오승마、길경등약물승거양기、재약력상행，리우혈소판회승，응주의피면승마용량과대유동혈지폐；안조“모자상생”이론배오보익약물。계혈등、선학초、아효、호장、화생의、한련초등약물대우승고혈소판유일정작용，의령활배오사용。
Thrombocytopenia associated with chemotherapy is common,mild to moderate decrease often belongs to"Xulao"category in Chinese medicine,severe decrease is treated on the basis of"blood syndrome".The clinical manifes-tation in patients with thrombocytopenia are usually general lassitude,hectic fever and night sweat,dull and sallow com-plexion,dry mouth and palpitation,thready rapid pulse and so on,the above-mentioned belongs to the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency,deficiency of yin-blood,and the treatment method should be invigorating spleen and kid-ney,nourishing yin,Ligustrum lucidum Ait.,Dendrobium,Rehmannia glutinosa and so on are selected,or Anemarrhena as-phodeloides and Cortex phellodendri Chinensis are applied slightly and auxiliarily to clear deficient heat;drugs should be cool to avoid warm dryness so as not to induce bleeding;the prescription should be properly Ginseng Leguminosae matching with Rhizoma cimicifugae and Platycodon grandiflorus and other drugs to lift yang qi and load force upward, and it is in favor of platelet recovery,excessive dosage of Rhizoma cimicifugae should be avoided to prevent disturbing blood;the tonifying drugs areused coordinately according to the theory of "interpromoting relation in five elements of mother and son".Millettia reticuiata,Agrimonia pilosa,Donkey-hide gelatin,Reynoutria japonica,Arachis hypogaea,Eclipta prostrate and so on have certain effect to increase platelet,and they are used with compatibility of medicines neatly.
