目的：探讨中医辨证施治治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择患者100例，分为两组，各50例，观察组采用中医辨证分型治疗，对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶治疗，比较两组的临床症状改善情况、类风湿因子及血沉水平。结果观察组治疗后的关节疼痛个数、关节肿胀个数均显著少于对照组，晨僵持续时间显著短于对照组，类风湿因子水平显著低于对照组，血沉显著慢于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施治治疗类风湿性关节炎能显著改善关节功能，减少关节疼痛，还能降低血沉、类风湿因子水平。
목적：탐토중의변증시치치료류풍습성관절염적림상효과。방법선택환자100례，분위량조，각50례，관찰조채용중의변증분형치료，대조조채용류담광필정치료，비교량조적림상증상개선정황、류풍습인자급혈침수평。결과관찰조치료후적관절동통개수、관절종창개수균현저소우대조조，신강지속시간현저단우대조조，류풍습인자수평현저저우대조조，혈침현저만우대조조(P<0.05)。결론중의변증시치치료류풍습성관절염능현저개선관절공능，감소관절동통，환능강저혈침、류풍습인자수평。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 cases were selected and divided into the two groups,there were 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was given sulfasalazine,the improvement of clinical symptom and the level of rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were compared in the two groups. Results The number of joint pain and joint swelling in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05),the duration time of morning stiffness in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,the level of rheumatoid factor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,ESR in the observation group was slower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treating rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the joint function and reduce joint pain and reduce the ESR and the level of rheumatoid factor level.
