目的:探讨红藤煎灌肠联合微波保守治疗早期异位妊娠的临床价值。方法选择患者100例,分为两组,各50例。观察组采用红藤煎灌肠联合微波治疗,对照组则仅使用米非司酮。观察两组患者的腹痛、阴道出血及HCG及腹部包块变化情况。结果观察组的腹痛消失、阴道停止出血及HCG恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肿块消失比例显著高于对照组,肿块缩小<50%甚至增大的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红藤煎灌肠联合微波治疗早期异位妊娠其操作简单,效果显著,可有效保留输卵管结构及功能,值得临床重视。

목적:탐토홍등전관장연합미파보수치료조기이위임신적림상개치。방법선택환자100례,분위량조,각50례。관찰조채용홍등전관장연합미파치료,대조조칙부사용미비사동。관찰량조환자적복통、음도출혈급HCG급복부포괴변화정황。결과관찰조적복통소실、음도정지출혈급HCG회복정상시간균현저단우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조적종괴소실비례현저고우대조조,종괴축소<50%심지증대적비례현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론홍등전관장연합미파치료조기이위임신기조작간단,효과현저,가유효보류수란관결구급공능,치득림상중시。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Hongteng decoction for enema combined with conservative treatment of microwave treating early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases were selected and divided into the two groups,and there were 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given Hongteng decoction for enema combined with microwave,the control group was given only mifepristone.Abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and HCG condition and changes in abdominal mass in the two groups were observed. Results The time of abdominal pain disappearing time, vagina stop bleeding and HCG returning to normal in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05);the proportion of tumor disappearing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the proportion of tumor reducing<50% even increasing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The operation of Hongteng decoction for enema combined with conservative treatment of microwave treating early ectopic pregnancy is simple with significant effect,and can ef-fectively retain structure and function of oviduct.It is worthy of attention.
