目的：探讨人性化护理在提高孕期检查服务满意度中的作用。方法：将行产前检查的孕妇按就诊的单双号分为观察组360例和对照组360例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上将人性化护理运用于操作中，并对两组护理的效果进行比较。结果：观察组在服务满意度、知识的掌握及按时进行产前检查的效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论：将人性化护理运用于产前检查，使孕妇感受到了人性关怀的温暖与人性的光辉。有效提高服务满意度，既能改善护理质量，减少护理纠纷，还能提高孕妇对知识的理解和掌握，工作中应积极的推广应用。
목적：탐토인성화호리재제고잉기검사복무만의도중적작용。방법：장행산전검사적잉부안취진적단쌍호분위관찰조360례화대조조360례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상장인성화호리운용우조작중，병대량조호리적효과진행비교。결과：관찰조재복무만의도、지식적장악급안시진행산전검사적효과균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。결론：장인성화호리운용우산전검사，사잉부감수도료인성관부적온난여인성적광휘。유효제고복무만의도，기능개선호리질량，감소호리규분，환능제고잉부대지식적리해화장악，공작중응적겁적추엄응용。
Objective To study the humanized nursing effect in improving the satisfaction of the pregnancy service. Method The pa-tients who had routine antenatal examination in the obstetrics examination room were divided into observation group and control group, 360cases as the control group,360cases as observation group according to odd or even number. The control group would be given routine nursing care,and the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care,the humanization nursing would be used in operation,then the effect of two groups of nursing was compared. Results The observation group in the service satisfaction,knowledge of pregnancy,and ante-natal examination in time were superior to control group. The difference was statistically significant.(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The applica-tion of humane nursing to antenatal examination makes the pregnant women felt the warmth of human caring and humanity. Effectively im-prove service satisfaction,can not only improve the nursing quality,reduce nursing disputes,but also increase pregnant women's understand-ing of knowledge and master,should be popularized and widely application.
