目的：探讨美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）对海洛因依赖者心理及生活质量的影响，为维持治疗提供指导。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL -90）、Herth 希望指数（HHI）量表、生活质量量表（WHO - QOL）对45例海洛因依赖患者（观察组）在入组时和维持治疗6个月后进行量表评估。另选取45例健康者作为正常对照。结果：观察组 SCL -90因子评分显著高于对照组，希望指数、WHO - QOL 因子分显著低于对照组（P <0.01）；维持治疗6个月后，观察组 SCL -90因子评分显著低于入组前，希望指数、WHO - QOL 因子分显著高于入组前，差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论：MMT 可以显著提高患者心理应对能力，有效改善生活质量，促进康复。

Objective To explore the influence of Methadone maintenance treatment for heroin addicts psychology and the quality of life,provide guidance for maintenance treatment. Method By the Symptoms self rating scale(SCL - 90),Herth hope index(HHI)scale, World health organization quality of life scale(WHO - QOL)for assessment of 45 patients with heroin dependence before in the group and after 6 months of maintenance treatment. 45 cases of healthy subjects were selected as controls. Results Observation group of SCL - 90 factor score was significantly higher than the control group,HHI and WHO - QOL factor score were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0. 01). Maintenance treatment for 6 months,Observation group of SCL - 90 factor score was significantly lower than in the group be-fore,HHI and WHO - QOL factor score were significantly higher than before,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion MMT can improve psychological disorders in patients with heroin addicts,and improve the level of the hope and the quality of life.
