目的：探讨为精神科住院患者提供优质护理服务，对提高患者生活质量，增强患者自信心、自尊心和满意度的效果。方法选择精神科住院患者48例，实施优质护理服务，即“以患者为中心”为整体护理理念，在基础护理、病情观察、治疗护理、用药康复训练以及健康教育等方面全面落实责任制护理。实施优质护理服务活动前后采用生活质量量表、自尊量表和满意度调查表测评患者生活质量和满意度。结果实施优质护理服务活动3个月后，患者的生活质量中心理与社会分量表得分为（27．33±22．33），动力与精力量表得分为（33．54±18．12），均低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为2．054，2．033；P＜0．05）；自尊量表得分（25．85±11．27），高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（t＝2．236， P＜0．05）；实施优质护理服务前后，患者护理满意度得分分别为（11．79±4．64）分和（13．79±3．41）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝2．582，P＜0．05）。结论开展优质护理服务活动，提高了精神科患者的生活质量，增强了患者自尊心和战胜疾病的自信心，提高了患者满意度。
목적：탐토위정신과주원환자제공우질호리복무，대제고환자생활질량，증강환자자신심、자존심화만의도적효과。방법선택정신과주원환자48례，실시우질호리복무，즉“이환자위중심”위정체호리이념，재기출호리、병정관찰、치료호리、용약강복훈련이급건강교육등방면전면락실책임제호리。실시우질호리복무활동전후채용생활질량량표、자존량표화만의도조사표측평환자생활질량화만의도。결과실시우질호리복무활동3개월후，환자적생활질량중심리여사회분량표득분위（27．33±22．33），동력여정역량표득분위（33．54±18．12），균저우실시전，차이유통계학의의（t치분별위2．054，2．033；P＜0．05）；자존량표득분（25．85±11．27），고우실시전，차이유통계학의의（t＝2．236， P＜0．05）；실시우질호리복무전후，환자호리만의도득분분별위（11．79±4．64）분화（13．79±3．41）분，차이유통계학의의（t＝2．582，P＜0．05）。결론개전우질호리복무활동，제고료정신과환자적생활질량，증강료환자자존심화전성질병적자신심，제고료환자만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality of nursing service on increasing the life quality of patient, confidence, self-esteem and patient satisfaction in psychiatric ward .Methods Forty-eight patients in hospital in the department of psychiatry were chosen , were carried out the high quality of nursing service, that is the concept of “take the patient as the center” by way of holistic nursing, and were fully implemented the responsibility nursing in basic nursing , disease observation, treatment nursing, rehabilitation training of drug and health education .The life quality and satisfaction of patients were evaluated by quality of life scale, self esteem scale and satisfaction questionnaire before and after the implementation of high quality of nursing service activities.Results The score of psychological and social subscale in the quality of life scale was (27.33 ±22.33) three months after the implementation of high quality of nursing service activities , and was lower than (30.21 ±23.80) before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.054, P<0.05).The score of the power and energy subscale was (33.54 ±18.12) three months after the implementation, and lower than (35.86 ±18.03) before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.033, P<0.05).The score of self-esteem scale was (25.85 ±11.27) three months after the implementation, and higher than ( 23.94 ±10.88 ) before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.236, P<0.05).The score of high quality of service satisfaction questionnaire was (13.79 ±3.41) three months after the implementation , and higher than ( 11.79 ±4.64 ) before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.582, P <0.05).Conclusions The development of high quality nursing service activities can improve the patients ’ quality of life in the department of psychiatry, enhance their self-esteem and confidence to overcome the disease , and increase patient satisfaction.
