目的：探讨中文版吞咽功能评估量表（ GUSS ）应用于脑卒中患者吞咽困难筛选中的信效度。方法将英文版GUSS经言语治疗师、神经内科医生和护理专家的翻译、回译和与原作者的讨论翻译成中文版本，对中文版本的评定者间效度、效标效度和区分效度进行检验。结果两名卒中护士之间评分的相关系数r＝0．926（P＜0．01）。 GUSS与神经科医生的标准吞咽功能评估（SSA）的评估结果呈显著相关（r＝0．72，P＜0．01）。综合评定指标显示，不同评价结局的患者其GUSS得分差异有统计学意义（F＝143．02，P＜0．01）。结论中文版本的GUSS信度和效度良好，适合在中国对脑卒中患者进行床旁吞咽困难筛选。

Objective To verify the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Gugging Swallowing Screen ( GUSS ) on dysphagia screening for stroke patients .Methods The English version of GUSS was translated and back-translated, as well as discussed with original author , by speech-language pathologists , neurological physicians and nursing specialists , to develop the Chinese version of GUSS , which was tested on the interrater reliability , criterion validity and discrimination validity .Results The correlation coefficient of interrater reliability between two nurses for stroke patients was 0.926 (P<0.01).The assessment result of GUSS was significantly correlated with the assessment result of Standardized Swallowing Assessment ( SSA) used by neurologist (r=0.72, P<0.01).The result of comprehensive assessment showed that there were significant differences in GUSS scores among patients who had different clinical judgement outcomes ( F=143.02, P<0.01).Conclusions The Chinese version of GUSS has good reliability and validity , which can be used to carry out dysphagia screening bedsidely in stroke patients in China .
