为研究植物蛋白饲料中添加谷氨酰胺(Gln)及其前体物对鲤鳃丝Rh糖蛋白基因表达水平和血氨含量的影响,本试验用6组试验料(以鱼粉为蛋白源的基础饲料,以豆粕全部替代基础饲料中的鱼粉的豆粕饲料,分别向豆粕饲料中添加Gln及其前体物鸟氨酸-α-酮戊二酸(OKG)、α-酮戊二酸(AKG)、谷氨酸(Glu)的四种添加剂饲料),饲喂鲤60d。结果表明:豆粕组Rh糖蛋白基因的表达量显著高于鱼粉组,但添加AKG、Glu、Gln后均能显著上调Rhag、Rhbg的表达,而OKG的添加对Rhbg、Rhcg1的表达影响不显著,但是对Rhag的表达却是下调作用。豆粕组的血氨含量显著高于鱼粉组,与豆粕组相比,添加4种添加物均降低血氨含量,说明4种添加物对摄食纯豆粕蛋白源饲料的鲤血氨含量具有很好的调节作用。
為研究植物蛋白飼料中添加穀氨酰胺(Gln)及其前體物對鯉鰓絲Rh糖蛋白基因錶達水平和血氨含量的影響,本試驗用6組試驗料(以魚粉為蛋白源的基礎飼料,以豆粕全部替代基礎飼料中的魚粉的豆粕飼料,分彆嚮豆粕飼料中添加Gln及其前體物鳥氨痠-α-酮戊二痠(OKG)、α-酮戊二痠(AKG)、穀氨痠(Glu)的四種添加劑飼料),飼餵鯉60d。結果錶明:豆粕組Rh糖蛋白基因的錶達量顯著高于魚粉組,但添加AKG、Glu、Gln後均能顯著上調Rhag、Rhbg的錶達,而OKG的添加對Rhbg、Rhcg1的錶達影響不顯著,但是對Rhag的錶達卻是下調作用。豆粕組的血氨含量顯著高于魚粉組,與豆粕組相比,添加4種添加物均降低血氨含量,說明4種添加物對攝食純豆粕蛋白源飼料的鯉血氨含量具有很好的調節作用。
위연구식물단백사료중첨가곡안선알(Gln)급기전체물대리새사Rh당단백기인표체수평화혈안함량적영향,본시험용6조시험료(이어분위단백원적기출사료,이두박전부체대기출사료중적어분적두박사료,분별향두박사료중첨가Gln급기전체물조안산-α-동무이산(OKG)、α-동무이산(AKG)、곡안산(Glu)적사충첨가제사료),사위리60d。결과표명:두박조Rh당단백기인적표체량현저고우어분조,단첨가AKG、Glu、Gln후균능현저상조Rhag、Rhbg적표체,이OKG적첨가대Rhbg、Rhcg1적표체영향불현저,단시대Rhag적표체각시하조작용。두박조적혈안함량현저고우어분조,여두박조상비,첨가4충첨가물균강저혈안함량,설명4충첨가물대섭식순두박단백원사료적리혈안함량구유흔호적조절작용。
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of glutamine (Gln) precursors on the expression of Rhag、Rhbg、Rhcg1 and blood ammonia in common carp(Cyprinus carpio) by adding three Gln precursors(α-ketoglutaric acid(AKG), ornithine-α-ke-toglutaric acid(OKG), glutamic acid(Glu)) in the soybean protein diets. The results showed that the expression of Rh glycoprotein genes in soybean meal group was significantly higher than that in fish mealgroup. The expression of Rhag, Rhbg and Rhcg1 was up-regulated in the diets with addition of AKG, Glu or Gln. The expression of Rhbg and Rhcg1 genes was not significantly influenced with addition of OKG;while the expression of Rhag was down-regulated. The quantity of blood ammonia in soybean meal group was significantly higher than that in fish meal group. Compared with the soybean meal group, the quantity of blood ammonia was decreased in the diet with addition of anyone above precursors. The results implied that the expression of Rhag、Rhbg、Rhcg1 and blood ammonia could be regulated using Gln, AKG, OKG and Glu in common carp.
