FT (Flowering Locus T )作为“成花素”在成花转变及促进开花上起重要作用。本研究利用分子克隆和 RT-PCR 方法,从花生中克隆了一个与 FT 同源的 cDNA 序列,命名为 AhFT,该序列长度为893 bp,开放阅读框长度为534 bp,推测编码蛋白含有177个氨基酸,分子量为19.95 kD,等电点为6.9。通过与其他植物 PEBP 蛋白序列的比对,发现花生 FT 基因属于 FT-Like 家族,可能在控制植物开花中起重要作用。

FT (Flowering Locus T ) encoding florigens plays important roles in the control of the transi-tion between vegetative and reproductive growth and promoting flowering.In this study, a cDNA encoding the FT homologue was isolated from peanut (Arachis hypogaea ) by RT-PCR and named as AhFT . Sequence analysis indicated that the cDNA of AhFT was 893 bp long and contained a single open reading frame with 534 bp in length.The predicted AhFT protein has 177 amino acids with an estimated molecular mass of 19.95 kD and an isoelectric point of 6.9.Phylogenetic analysis showed AhFT belonged to the FT-like subfamily.These results indicate AhFT may play important roles in flowering.
