党员道德教育是一个复杂的系统工程，是组织教育、家庭教育、学校教育及社会教育等多种因素相互联系、相互作用构成的有机整体。高校党员道德教育机制是指基于高校党员道德教育系统内部各要素之间相互联系、相互作用、相互制约的联结方式而建构起来的工作体制和运行机制。新形势下创新高校党员道德教育机制，必须进一步拓宽党员道德教育实现路径，优化教育发展环境，创新管理模式，健全保障体系，从而提高党员思想道德素质。

Moral education of Communist Party member is a complex system, which is an organic composition interrelated with organization education, family education, school education and social education.
