随着全球经济一体化进程的不断发展，软件外包产业成为热点。然而，我国的软件外包企业在发展过程中遇到了人才匮乏的困境。若要把握这次机遇，促进我国软件外包市场的健康快速发展，必须满足市场对软件外包英语人才的需求，提升软件外包英语人才的质量。本文从软件外包英语人才市场实际需求出发，分析我国高校院校软件外包英语人才培养过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决对策。

With the development of economic globalization, software outsourcing industry has become a hot spot. However, Chinese software outsourcing companies’ personnel shortages emerge during the development. To seize this opportunity to promote healthy and rapid development of China's software outsourcing market, we must meet the market demand for software outsourcing English talents, improve the quality of software outsourcing English talents in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes software outsourcing English talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the corresponding countermeasures based on the actual market demand for software outsourcing English talents.
