目的：观察医用隐形抗菌膜治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮住院患者应用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。在一般护理、治疗前创面处理的基础上，治疗组使用医用隐形抗菌膜，对照组使用美宝疮疡贴。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效例数均为29例，差异无统计学意义（Z＝-0．565，P＞0．05）；治疗组Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期压疮的痊愈时间分别为（4．05±1．89），（8．73±1．60）d，短于对照组的（7．89±1．99），（15．75±2．18）d，差异有统计学意义（t分别为-5．740，-8．243；P＜0．01）；治疗组的换药次数为（5．82±1．24）次，少于对照组的（9．97±2．58）次，差异有统计学意义（ t ＝-6．396， P ＜0．01），治疗组的治疗费用为（184．21±21．49）元，低于对照组的（491．41±79．92）元，差异有统计学意义（ t＝-29．972，P＜0．01）。结论医用隐形抗菌膜治疗压疮效果显著，疗程短，费用低，值得推广。
목적：관찰의용은형항균막치료Ⅱ、Ⅲ기압창적림상료효。방법장60례Ⅱ、Ⅲ기압창주원환자응용수궤수자표법수궤분위치료조화대조조각30례。재일반호리、치료전창면처리적기출상，치료조사용의용은형항균막，대조조사용미보창양첩。결과치료조화대조조적총유효례수균위29례，차이무통계학의의（Z＝-0．565，P＞0．05）；치료조Ⅱ기화Ⅲ기압창적전유시간분별위（4．05±1．89），（8．73±1．60）d，단우대조조적（7．89±1．99），（15．75±2．18）d，차이유통계학의의（t분별위-5．740，-8．243；P＜0．01）；치료조적환약차수위（5．82±1．24）차，소우대조조적（9．97±2．58）차，차이유통계학의의（ t ＝-6．396， P ＜0．01），치료조적치료비용위（184．21±21．49）원，저우대조조적（491．41±79．92）원，차이유통계학의의（ t＝-29．972，P＜0．01）。결론의용은형항균막치료압창효과현저，료정단，비용저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of medical invisible antimicrobial film to treat Ⅱ/Ⅲpressure sores .Methods Sixty patients who were infected stage Ⅱand stage Ⅲ of pressure ulcer were divided into two equal groups-treatment group and control group .After usual wound treatment , the patients in treatment group were given medical invisible antimicrobial film; while the patients in control group were used for Mabel score stickers.Results The total efficacy of the two groups was 29 cases (Z=-0.565, P>0.05).The treatment time for stage Ⅱand stage Ⅲ pressure ulcers of experimental group were (4.05 ±1.89) days and (8.73 ±1.60) days, respectively.As for control group, the treatment time of stage Ⅱand stage Ⅲ pressure ulcers were (7.89 ±1.99) days and (15.75 ±2.18) days, respectively.The differences were statistically significant (t=-5.740, -8.243; P<0.01).The frequency of changing fresh dressing for a wound was (5.82 ±1.24) times in the treatment group and (9.97 ±2.58) times in the control group, and the difference was significant ( t =-6.396, P <0.01 ).The treatment cost of experimental group was ( 184.21 ± 21.49) yuan, which was significantly lower than (491.41 ±79.92) yuan in the control group (t=-29.972, P<0.01).Conclusions The effect of medical invisible antimicrobial film treatment of pressure sores is significant, and the treatment course is shorter with lower cost.It is worthy of enhancing in the clinical situations.
