通过试验筛选确定二氢杨梅素注射剂的处方并对其抑菌效果进行研究。结果表明,二氢杨梅素注射剂的最适处方为4μL/mL的吐温-80为助溶剂、最适pH为3.5±0.2、抗坏血酸作为抗氧化剂;同时,体外抑菌试验结果表明二氢杨梅素对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金葡菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有良好的抑菌效果。本实验处方稳定可控,所得成品外观色泽、含量及有关物质无明显变化,为二氢杨梅素注射剂在畜牧业中的应用提供理论参考。

통과시험사선학정이경양매소주사제적처방병대기억균효과진행연구。결과표명,이경양매소주사제적최괄처방위4μL/mL적토온-80위조용제、최괄pH위3.5±0.2、항배혈산작위항양화제;동시,체외억균시험결과표명이경양매소대대장간균、사문씨균、금포균화고초아포간균균유량호적억균효과。본실험처방은정가공,소득성품외관색택、함량급유관물질무명현변화,위이경양매소주사제재축목업중적응용제공이론삼고。
The injection prescription of dihydromyricetin was determined by experimental screening, and its antibacterial effect was further tested in the current investigation. The results showed that the optimal pre-scription of dihydromyricetin injection was 4μL/mL of tween -80 as a co-solvent, pH 3. 5 ± 0. 2, and as-corbic acid as an antioxidant. Meanwhile, bacteriostasis experiment in vitro suggested that dihydromyricetin had a good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. This formulation was stable, and no obvious differences in the color, and related substance content were in-vestigated in comparison with the drug, which may facilitate the application of dihydromyricetin injections in animal husbandry.
