台湾独蒜兰(Pleione formosana)为兰科(Orchidaceae)独蒜兰属(Pleione)濒危植物,研究其种群动态与繁殖方式对于其保育具有重要意义。采用样地调查法对福建省德化县戴云山自然保区内的后宅村白水漈13个台湾独蒜兰种群的生物学特征和繁殖方式观察记录,编制静态生命表、生殖力表和绘制存活曲线、死亡率曲线。结果表明:台湾独蒜兰以10-200基株的中型种群为主,种群结构为金字塔结构;存活曲线为DeeveyⅡ型,为稳定型种群;繁殖方式兼具有性繁殖和无性繁殖,其中有性繁殖对种群子代数量增加贡献最大。种群净增长率、自然增长率、周限增长率较高,表明该地区台湾独蒜兰为上升型种群。采取严格限制生境破坏、人为采挖和干扰等措施,将有助于台湾独蒜兰的保育。

Pleione formosana is one of the endangered species of Orchid.To study the population dynamics and reproductive modes is important for its conservation.13 populations of P.formosana in Baishuiji, Daiyun Mountain, Dehua County were selected to investigate its biological characteristics and reproduction, based on which population static life table, survival curve, mortality curve and fecundity schedule were made and analyzed.The results showed that: the P.formosana populations are mainly medium-sized groups of 10-200 genets, whose population structure is pyramid structure, and the survival curve was DeeveyⅡtype, showing a stable population.It has both sexual and asexual reproduction, with seed reproduction contributes mostly to the increase in the number of offspring.The net increase rate, the natural increase rate and finite rate for P.formosana are comparatively high, indicating the population in the investigated region is expanding.Conservation strategies such as strictly limit habitat destruction, human gathering and disturbance should be taken to protect them.
